Clay Herron has spent his career of almost 30 years in a steady progression of senior financial leadership roles. Clay joined Olympus Media, LLC in 2011 as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. In this position, he is responsible for all financial and accounting matters as well as for the management of Human Resources and Information Technology.
Clay spent the last decade as CFO of several growth companies in the telecommunications and software industries. With a great deal of experience in the management of high growth companies, he brings Olympus Media a strong focus on leadership through the next stages of growth. Clay brings significant expertise in financial operations, M&A and financing that he built while in positions both in the U.S. and overseas. In his previous roles, Clay held CFO positions with Vero Systems, Inc., TWS International, and BellSouth International’s highly successful subsidiary in Ecuador.
Clay is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University as well as a BA with a major in Economics from Vanderbilt. Clay lives in Atlanta with his wife Marcy and his daughter Eva. In his spare time he enjoys fly fishing, hiking, running, and spending time with his family.
Wendy supports the Executive Team at Olympus Media. She joined the Company in November 2006, and the primary focus of her job is to assist with legal issues. Prior to working at Olympus, Wendy was a senior litigation secretary in the Atlanta office of a national law firm for over 10 years. She has experience with class action lawsuits, general commercial litigation, labor and employment law and real estate. In 1991 she graduated from Sweet Briar College with a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and a minor in Spanish. Recently, she earned a paralegal certificate from the University of Georgia.
Wendy lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, Burrell, and their two children, Elizabeth and Darby.

Carlene Parsons has 23 years of experience in the outdoor advertising industry currently serving as Accounting & Corporate Office Manager of Olympus Media. She began her career in 1985 with Peterson Outdoor Advertising later known as POA and Universal Outdoor as Sales Assistant and Office Manager. In May 1998 Carlene entered into a new start-up venture with Jim McLaughlin as Executive Assistant for Triumph Outdoor and Chancellor Outdoor Group.
After Chancellor's sale to Lamar, Carlene joined Bressler Outdoor in January 2001 where she entered the accounting side of the outdoor industry as Assistant Controller managing the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments. She also helped coordinate the generation of various sales, real estate and operational reports.
Carlene resides in Cumming, Georgia, and enjoys traveling with her husband, Darryl, and two college aged boys, Chris & Mike, as well as reading, hiking, relaxing with friends, and simply enjoying the small things in life.

Pete has been working in the Information Technology field since 1983. His current position as the Olympus Media IT Director utilizes his past IT experiences in network administration, software development, and computer operations.
Pete's outdoor advertising career began in 1990, when he joined the POA corporate staff as the IT Manager. In addition to performing some accounting activities, he provided IT support for multiple regional offices. He also used his programming background to provide management with software tools to more effectively analyze data. Pete stayed on briefly as a Regional IS Manager when Universal Outdoor acquired POA. He then decided to move cross country to pursue other ventures, but still remained closely associated with the outdoor advertising industry. Working as a Software Developer/Consultant at BDO Seidman in Minneapolis, his primary focus was on supporting and improving the software used by numerous outdoor companies (Clear Channel, Adams, Pattison, and Burkhart, amongst others). In 2000, he started his own IT consulting business which he operated for six years before escaping the frozen tundra of Minnesota for the warmer confines of Georgia and Olympus Media.
